Return and Refund Policy – Eyloom

We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at: contact@eyloom.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Rue des Minoteries 3, 1205 Geneva, Switzerland.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return has been accepted, place a new order separately.

14-day Cooling-off Period (European Union)
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
